Kym began studying various modes of massage therapy for more than  40 years and has continued to integrate a variety of styles into her practice including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Thai Herbal Massage, Chinese Cupping, Hot Rock Therapy, Sound Healing, Ayurveda, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Kym is also a certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatments to specifically care for post-surgical and post-cancer treatment clients. Kym's caring and energetic style, strong hands and open heart encourage her clients to let go and release emotions locked in the body’s tissues so that muscles relax and toxins and fear are flushed out through the lymphatic system. As a practitioner, Kym offers a safe environment in which to address chronic discomfort as well as immediate pain from accidents and injuries, inspire renewed health and profound relaxation, heal emotional trauma still locked in the body, and increase functional ability and overall well-being thru nourishing massage techniques, lymphatic drainage and various ancient Ayurvedic treatments.  Kym will make sure you get the work you need. 

Sessions run a minimum of three hours and include 

• Ayurvedic consult
• Chi machine session
• 2 to 3 hours of bodywork 
• Hot rocks
• Chinese cupping
• Gua sha for lymphatic flow
• Hot steamy towels

Each session takes as long as it takes ~ time limits are left to the consideration of the client. 

Kym offers sessions on a sliding scale between $200 ~ $400.
